Shared Registrations

This shared registration form allows you to register multiple people from your organisation to share one conference registration. The shared registration pass allows one person at a time to enter the conference sessions and additional delegates will not be permitted to enter the conference without a name badge.

The shared passes are to be used by the people listed in this registration form only, should you need to change the attendee names, please email the Conference Organiser at

Please note: Shared registrations are entitled to one delegate satchel and conference catering for one delegate only. Delegates booked under shared registrations are responsible for coordinating the attendance of different delegates throughout the conference.

Registration Categories and Rates

Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date.

To maintain your pre-registered conference rate, you are required to pay within seven (7) days from the date of invoice.  Please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

It is preferred that early bird registration is paid by credit card online at the time of registration. However, a tax invoice is available on request. Online payments can be made with Amex, MasterCard and VISA.

Should you require an invoice for payment, then a manual registration form can be requested by emailing the Conference Organiser at Please note there will be a charge of $20 administration fee for all manual registrations. Onsite registration will be charged the appropriate late registration rates plus a $20 manual processing fee.

Early Bird Registration

The deadline for early bird registration is Friday, 25 August 2017.  You must register before this date to receive the early bird rate.  After this date, all new and unpaid registrations will be charged the standard registration rate.

Standard Registration

The deadline for Standard Registration is Wednesday, 15 November 2017.  You must register before this date to receive the standard rate.  After this date, all new and unpaid registrations will be charged a $50.00 late fee.

Single Day Registration

Single day registration is permitted for one day only.  If you would like to attend more than one day, full registration must be purchased.

Social Functions

Additional tickets may be purchased for delegates and accompanying persons to attend the social functions. Please indicate this during the registration process.

Payment Information

All fees are due upon registering. Where early bird prices are applicable, fees must be paid by the early bird date in order to receive the reduced rate. All fees must be paid in full prior to attending the event. Any outstanding fees are to be paid by the registrant upon arrival at the event; failing this, the registrant will be required to provide credit card details to guarantee payment within two (2) weeks after the completion of the event.

The conference accepts Amex, MasterCard and VISA. Credit card payments will appear on your statement as International Conferences & Events (ICE) Aust.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and Amendments
Registration, social function(s) or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd at

Registration cancellations received up to Wednesday 13th September 2017 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between Wednesday 13th September and Wednesday 15th November 2017 will receive a 50% refund, less $150.00 administration fee. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Wednesday 15th November 2017. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative until Wednesday 15th November 2017. All amendments, including transfers, made after this date will incur a $20.00 additional fee.

Accommodation bookings will be charged a one night’s deposit. Accommodation cannot be reserved without credit card details. All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing to the Registration Manager. Cancellations vary for each hotel property:
Adina Apartment Hotel: If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the check in date or no shows will be charged the full rate for all nights booked will be charged.
Rendevous Hotel Perth Central: If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the check in date or no shows will be charged the full rate for all nights booked will be charged.
Parmelia Hilton Perth: Cancellations received within 30 days of the check in date will be charged 1 night’s stay as a cancellation charge. Should cancellations be received by the hotel within 21 days of the check in date, you will be charged 100% of your booked stay.

International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others. Registrations received by International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the conference program.

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Government of Western Australia Department of Health Nursing and Midwifery Office and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can the Government of Western Australia Department of Health Nursing and Midwifery Office and International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.

Photography & Videography
While attending the conference you may be photographed or filmed. By registering for the conference you agree to these photographs or footage being used for promotional purposes.
